Identify the Protected Work
Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, provide enough information to identify each work or an appropriate representative list.
Copyright Governance
Fawkes Digital Marketing respects intellectual property rights and maintains a process for reviewing properly submitted copyright notices.
This policy explains how copyright owners or authorized representatives may submit takedown notices, how affected parties may submit counter-notifications, and how repeat infringement may be addressed.
Filing a Takedown Notice
To help us identify and review an alleged infringement, a copyright notice should contain enough information to identify the protected work, locate the material at issue, verify the person submitting the notice, and evaluate the request.

Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, provide enough information to identify each work or an appropriate representative list.
Provide the exact URL, page, account, file location, or other information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material you believe is infringing.
Include information reasonably sufficient for us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Include the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification through the designated copyright contact.
A counter-notification should include the information required by applicable law, including identification of the removed material, your contact information, the required statements and consent regarding jurisdiction, and your physical or electronic signature.
Where the statutory process applies, material may be restored after the applicable waiting period unless the original complainant informs us that legal action has been filed seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat Infringers
Fawkes Digital Marketing may restrict or terminate accounts, websites, hosting environments, or services associated with repeat copyright infringement when appropriate under applicable law and service policy.

As a provider of website, hosting, and digital support services, Fawkes does not necessarily review all customer-provided content before it is published or transmitted.
Properly submitted copyright notices may be reviewed and acted upon in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations, and service policies.
Copyright Review Process
We receive the notice through the designated copyright contact and review whether it contains the information necessary to evaluate the request.
We may review the identified material, account information, hosting relationship, notice details, and other information relevant to the complaint.
Where appropriate, we may remove or disable access to material, contact the affected customer, request additional information, or take other action consistent with applicable law and service policy.
