Content

Content Creation

Create articles, social posts, videos, graphics, product content, webinars, customer education, campaign assets, landing-page copy, and other materials that communicate the Brilliance One story.

Audience

Social & Community Growth

Plan, schedule, publish, monitor, and improve social content while building meaningful engagement with business owners, decision-makers, customers, partners, and industry communities.

Growth

Campaign & Demand Generation

Support campaigns that create awareness, educate prospects, generate qualified interest, nurture opportunities, support sales, and help customers discover additional Brilliance One capabilities.

Product Marketing

Learn the platform. Then make it understandable.

Effective marketing at Brilliance requires understanding what the product actually does, who benefits from it, what problems it solves, and how the different parts of the platform work together.

CRM & Sales Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, pipelines, customer relationships, activity, and sales workflows.
ERP & Operations Products, inventory, purchasing, projects, scheduling, accounting, POS, employees, and operational workflows.
CMS & Digital Experience Websites, content, forms, portals, knowledge resources, customer experiences, and API-driven delivery.
Communications Email, SMS, MMS, campaigns, automated messaging, customer communications, and preference management.
Automation & AI Workflows, customer journeys, notifications, business automation, analytics, intelligence, and AI-assisted capabilities.
Industry Solutions Specialized workflows and modules that extend the Brilliance platform into specific industries and operating models.

Experience

Marketing Experience

  • Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, technology, software, or business services is helpful
  • Experience creating and managing social media content
  • Understanding of brand awareness, lead generation, content strategy, and customer education
  • Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation
  • Experience with paid advertising and campaign tracking is helpful
  • Understanding of SEO and organic search is a plus

Manage approved social channels, maintain an organized publishing calendar, engage professionally with audiences, and measure reach, engagement, traffic, and response.

Product Marketing

Work with product and development teams to understand new capabilities and turn technical features into clear benefits, use cases, education, launches, and sales messaging.

Campaign Management

Help plan, execute, track, and improve email, social, paid, educational, partner, product, and lead-generation campaigns.

Lead Generation

Create campaigns and content designed to attract qualified prospects, capture interest, nurture relationships, and support the sales pipeline.

Customer Education

Develop videos, guides, articles, webinars, updates, and training materials that help customers understand and adopt Brilliance One.

Website & SEO

Help improve website messaging, product pages, landing pages, search visibility, educational content, conversion paths, and organic traffic.

Competitive Research

Monitor industry trends, customer expectations, competitive platforms, emerging technologies, and changing market language.

Analytics & Reporting

Track meaningful performance indicators, identify what is working, communicate results, and recommend adjustments based on evidence.
