Role Overview

Help businesses see a better way forward.

We are looking for driven, responsible, coachable sales professionals who want to build relationships, solve real business problems, and grow alongside Brilliance.

Prospecting

Create Opportunity

Identify and engage potential customers through ethical outbound outreach, referrals, networking, events, partnerships, inbound opportunities, and consistent follow-up.

Discovery

Consultative Selling

Learn how a prospect operates today, understand the problems behind their current systems, and connect those needs to the appropriate Brilliance One capabilities.

Execution

Build the Pipeline

Maintain a healthy pipeline through disciplined activity, accurate CRM records, consistent follow-up, clear next steps, and predictable sales habits.

Product Knowledge

You are not selling one small tool.

Brilliance One is being built as a CRM + ERP + CMS business operating system. Strong salespeople need to understand enough of the platform to identify which problems it can solve and which modules make sense for each customer.

CRM & Sales Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, customer history, pipelines, activity, tasks, and relationship management.
ERP & Operations Products, inventory, vendors, purchasing, projects, scheduling, accounting, POS, employees, and operational workflows.
CMS & Digital Experience Websites, forms, portals, content, knowledge, lead capture, customer experiences, and digital workflows.
Communications Email, SMS, MMS, campaigns, automated messaging, customer communications, and preference management.
Automation & Intelligence Workflow automation, notifications, reporting, analytics, integrations, and AI-assisted capabilities.
Industry Solutions Specialized modules and workflows built around the needs of specific industries and operating models.

Our Sales Approach

Understand first. Recommend second.

Brilliance One can solve a wide range of business problems, but that does not mean every prospect needs every module. The goal is to understand the organization first and recommend what makes sense.

  • Ask thoughtful discovery questions
  • Understand current software and workflows
  • Identify operational pain points
  • Understand customer goals and priorities
  • Recommend only relevant modules and capabilities
  • Explain business value clearly
  • Set realistic expectations
  • Follow up consistently
  • Document everything in the CRM
  • Build trust before asking for the sale

Sales Philosophy

A good sale should still look good after implementation.

Selling the wrong solution may create short-term revenue, but it creates long-term problems for the customer and the company.

We want salespeople who care about fit, communicate clearly, and build relationships that can continue long after the contract is signed.

Skills Required

Disciplined. Coachable. Driven.

Strong sales performance comes from a combination of communication, product understanding, consistent execution, judgment, and the willingness to keep improving.

A Trait We Value

Audacity

Audacity means having the courage to start the conversation, ask the difficult question, make the call, follow up again, learn from rejection, improve the approach, and continue moving forward.

In sales, confidence should never become arrogance or pressure. The goal is to combine courage with discipline, preparation, professionalism, and respect for the customer.

Sales at Brilliance

Build the pipeline. Build the company.

If you enjoy prospecting, solving business problems, building relationships, learning technology, and earning based on performance, this may be the right opportunity.
