Role Overview

Help businesses see a better way forward.

At Brilliance One, sales is not about pressure. It is about understanding business problems, building meaningful relationships, presenting practical solutions, and helping customers make informed decisions.

Prospecting

Create New Opportunities

Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through consistent, ethical outreach while maintaining accurate activity and follow-up.

Discovery

Consultative Selling

Understand how a business operates, uncover problems and priorities, and connect those needs to the appropriate Brilliance One solutions.

Growth

Build the Pipeline

Develop a healthy pipeline through disciplined activity, accurate documentation, consistent follow-up, and clear next steps.

Product Knowledge

Understand the platform. Understand the value.

Brilliance One is being built as a CRM + ERP + CMS business operating system. Sales Team Members need to understand enough of the platform to explain how its capabilities can address real business problems.

CRM & Sales Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activity, pipelines, and customer relationships.
ERP & Operations Products, inventory, projects, scheduling, accounting, purchasing, POS, and operational workflows.
CMS & Digital Experience Websites, forms, content, portals, knowledge, lead capture, and customer experiences.
Communications Email, SMS, MMS, campaigns, automation, customer conversations, and communication history.
Automation Workflows, notifications, follow-up, assignments, business processes, and connected activity.
Industry Solutions Specialized modules and workflows designed around specific industries and operating requirements.

Consultative Sales

Ask first. Recommend second.

Brilliance One includes a broad range of capabilities. That makes discovery especially important. The goal is not to sell every feature. The goal is to understand what the customer actually needs.

  • Ask thoughtful discovery questions
  • Understand the customer’s current systems
  • Identify workflow and operational problems
  • Understand business goals and priorities
  • Recommend relevant modules and capabilities
  • Explain value clearly and accurately
  • Maintain realistic expectations
  • Follow up consistently
  • Document activity in the CRM
  • Build relationships instead of applying pressure

Relationship-Driven Growth

Good sales create good customers.

Strong sales relationships begin with understanding. Customers should know what they are buying, why it makes sense for their business, and what they can realistically expect after implementation.

The goal is to create customers who are confident in the decision they made, not customers who feel like they were talked into one.
