The Founder Offer

Why Founders 400 Exists

Customers before capital. Build with the businesses using it.

Building a broad business operating system requires continued engineering, infrastructure, security, integrations, testing, customer support, implementation, and product development. Founders 400 creates a way for early customers to help accelerate that growth while receiving a lasting pricing advantage.

For Founders

Long-Term Pricing Advantage

Earlier Founder positions receive lower qualifying annual renewal rates. Every group of 50 moves to the next Founder level.

For Brilliance

Customer-Funded Growth

Founder purchases help fund engineering, infrastructure, security, support, integrations, testing, and continued platform expansion.

For the Platform

Real-World Product Development

Businesses actively using Brilliance One create practical feedback around workflows, usability, integrations, industries, operations, and product priorities.

Standard Pricing vs Founder Pricing

Two ways to adopt Brilliance One.

Standard pricing is modular and designed for businesses that want to begin with Core and add capabilities over time. Founders 400 is designed for qualifying organizations prepared to make a larger upfront commitment to broader platform adoption.

Standard Complete Configuration

Approximately $1,557.75 / month

Based on the current standard pricing model, Brilliance Core plus the currently available billable modules represents approximately $18,693.00 per year before consumption-based resources, third-party services, custom development, or specialized implementation.

Five years at today's standard platform pricing:

$93,465

Founders 400

$10,000 Initial Founder Purchase

Instead of building the qualifying platform module-by-module through standard monthly pricing, a Founder enters through the Founders 400 program and then receives the renewal rate associated with the applicable Founder position.

The earliest Founder group has a five-year platform total of:

$18,000

Founder Pricing

The earlier you join, the greater the Founder advantage.

Every Founder begins with the same $10,000 initial purchase. Beginning in Year 2, the qualifying annual platform renewal is calculated using the $10,000 Founder Platform Base Rate and the percentage associated with the business's Founder position.

How the Founder Math Works

One base rate. Eight Founder levels.

The percentages above are applied to the $10,000 Founder Platform Base Rate for qualifying annual platform renewals beginning in Year 2.

  • Founder Platform Base Rate: $10,000
  • Founder 1–50 renewal: 20% × $10,000 = $2,000
  • Founder 51–100 renewal: 30% × $10,000 = $3,000
  • Each additional group of 50 increases the Founder percentage by 10 points
  • Founder 351–400 renewal: 90% × $10,000 = $9,000
  • Founder pricing ends after position 400

Five-Year Example

Founder 1–50: $18,000 over five years

Year 1: $10,000

Years 2–5: four qualifying annual renewals at $2,000 each.

$10,000 + $8,000 = $18,000 in qualifying platform charges over five years, excluding usage, third-party services, custom work, and other separately scoped items.

Founder Pricing Ends at 400

Founder 401 does not exist.

Founders 400 is not intended to be a permanent promotion. Only the first 400 qualifying Brilliance One businesses can receive a Founder position.

After the available Founder positions have been claimed, new customers use the standard Brilliance One pricing structure available at that time.

Founder Platform

More than CRM. A broader business operating system.

Founder pricing applies to the qualifying Brilliance One Founder platform and its connected foundation for customer, operational, financial, content, communication, security, and workflow data.

CRM & Sales

Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activities, pipelines, customer history, tasks, and relationship management.

Marketing

Campaigns, audiences, forms, lead nurturing, communications, customer engagement, and marketing workflows.

Communications

Email, SMS, MMS, customer conversations, communication history, preferences, and connected messaging workflows.

Automation

Connect communication and operational actions through workflows instead of manually repeating business processes.

Accounting

Quotes, invoices, payments, expenses, vendors, banking activity, financial workflows, and reporting.

Products & Inventory

Products, SKUs, locations, serialized assets, quantities, movement, pricing, and operational availability.

Purchasing & Vendors

Supplier relationships, purchasing activity, products, costs, inventory flow, and connected operational records.

Projects

Projects, tasks, assignments, deadlines, customer work, related records, and internal operational activity.

Scheduling

Appointments, resources, capacity, events, customer scheduling, and scheduling-related business workflows.

Point of Sale

Connect transactions with products, inventory, customers, payments, receipts, and operational history.

CMS & Websites

Website content, landing pages, forms, portals, knowledge resources, SEO foundations, and digital experiences.

Documents

Store and organize files, knowledge, metadata, history, access, and relationships to business records.

Reporting & Insights

Bring customer, sales, marketing, financial, operational, and workflow information into connected reporting.

Security & Access

Users, roles, permissions, security groups, access controls, authentication, auditing, and customer isolation.

API-First Platform

Connect external applications and services without treating Brilliance One as a closed software environment.

Founder Advantages

Early commitment. Long-term benefit.

The Founder program is designed to reward businesses willing to make a larger commitment while Brilliance One continues expanding.

Founder Renewal Rate

Your Founder group establishes the percentage of the Founder Platform Base Rate used for qualifying annual platform renewals.

No Per-User Pricing

Add the people your organization needs without automatically turning every additional employee into another platform license.

Continued Platform Development

Brilliance continues developing, securing, maintaining, and improving the shared platform as capabilities evolve.

Managed Platform

Brilliance maintains the underlying software environment instead of handing businesses a codebase they are expected to maintain themselves.

Connected Modules

Add business capabilities without continually creating separate logins, databases, integrations, and disconnected customer records.

Early Customer Feedback

Founder businesses can provide real-world feedback that helps inform workflows, usability, integrations, and platform priorities.

Pricing Perspective

Different platforms. Different pricing models.

HighLevel, HubSpot, and Brilliance One serve overlapping but different needs. This comparison is intended to provide pricing perspective, not to imply identical functionality or feature-for-feature equivalence.

Compare the Philosophy

Brilliance One is being built beyond traditional CRM.

HighLevel focuses heavily on agencies, marketing, lead management, communications, automation, SaaS workflows, and customer acquisition. HubSpot combines marketing, sales, service, content, data, and customer-platform capabilities around its CRM.

Brilliance One is being built as a broader CRM + ERP + CMS business operating system designed to connect customer-facing activity with accounting, products, inventory, purchasing, projects, scheduling, documents, content, point of sale, security, reporting, communications, automation, and operational workflows.

Five-Year Perspective

Recurring software costs add up. Founder pricing works differently.

The examples below simply extend today's stated prices across five years without assuming future price changes, additional products, additional users, usage changes, implementation, or custom work.

HighLevel Agency Pro

$24,850

Five years using today's published $4,970 annual Agency Pro price.

HubSpot Professional

$78,000

Five years using today's published $1,300/month starting price before additional seats, contacts, credits, products, usage, services, or other charges.

Brilliance Founder 1–50

$18,000

$10,000 initial purchase plus four qualifying annual renewals of $2,000 under the first Founder level.

Transparent Usage

Founder pricing covers the platform. Usage remains usage.

Some services depend on consumption or external providers. Those costs remain separate so unusually high usage by one organization does not have to be built into the platform price for every Founder.

SMS & MMS Communication usage may carry provider or consumption charges.
Email Delivery Email delivery and high-volume sending may carry usage-based charges.
Artificial Intelligence AI consumption may vary based on models, providers, and actual usage.
Storage Storage beyond included capacity may carry additional cost.
Third-Party Services External providers, payment services, data services, or integrations may have separate charges.
Custom Development Organization-specific engineering or implementation outside the standard platform may be separately scoped.

Important Details

Understand the offer. Understand the boundaries.

Founder Platform Base Rate

The renewal percentages displayed on this page are calculated against the $10,000 Founder Platform Base Rate unless otherwise provided in the applicable customer agreement.

Usage Is Separate

Usage-based communications, AI, storage, third-party services, payment services, external data, and similar consumption are not unlimited simply because an organization holds Founder pricing.

Custom Work Is Separate

Custom implementation, organization-specific engineering, integrations, data conversion, specialized development, or other custom work may be separately quoted.

Qualifying Platform

Founder pricing applies to the qualifying Founder platform and is subject to the applicable Founder agreement, included capabilities, terms, and eligibility requirements.

Program Availability

Founders 400 is limited to 400 qualifying positions. Founder availability and the applicable Founder group should be confirmed before purchase.

Standard Pricing Remains Available

Businesses that do not want the Founder structure can use standard Brilliance One pricing and build a modular configuration around their current needs.

Not Ready for Founders 400?

Start smaller. Expand when it makes sense.

Founders 400 is intentionally designed around a larger initial commitment. Standard Brilliance One pricing gives businesses another path: start with Core, select the modules needed today, and activate additional capabilities later.

  • Start with Brilliance Core
  • Select only the modules you need
  • No per-user platform pricing
  • Estimate usage separately
  • Add capabilities as the business grows

Standard Pricing

Build your own configuration.

Use the Brilliance One pricing estimator to select modules, estimate resource consumption, and see how a standard monthly configuration would compare with the Founder program.

Founder Questions

Understand Founders 400.

Founder pricing is intentionally different from standard Brilliance One pricing. Review the important details before deciding which path fits your organization.

What is the Brilliance One Founders 400 program?

The Founders 400 is an exclusive early-adopter opportunity reserved for the first 400 qualifying organizations that join the Brilliance One ecosystem. Founders secure a locked renewal structure that remains available while the account stays active and in good standing under the Founder Agreement.

What is the Founder Platform Base Rate?

The Founder Platform Base Rate is fixed at $10,000. This benchmark figure serves as the baseline to calculate your exact annual renewal costs for the lifetime of your active subscription under your Founder Agreement.

How is my Founder renewal rate determined?

Your annual renewal cost is determined strictly by your sequence number among the first 400 customers. Renewal percentages are structured in 50-customer tiers applied to the $10,000 Founder Platform Base Rate:

  • Founders 1–50: 20% renewal ($2,000 / year)
  • Founders 51–100: 30% renewal ($3,000 / year)
  • Founders 101–150: 40% renewal ($4,000 / year)
  • Founders 151–200: 50% renewal ($5,000 / year)
  • Founders 201–250: 60% renewal ($6,000 / year)
  • Founders 251–300: 70% renewal ($7,000 / year)
  • Founders 301–350: 80% renewal ($8,000 / year)
  • Founders 351–400: 90% renewal ($9,000 / year)
Does my assigned Founder renewal percentage ever change?

No. Your assigned Founder percentage and tier are permanently locked in for your account as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing pursuant to your Founder Agreement.

What happens after the first 400 customers?

Once Founder Position #400 is claimed, the program closes permanently. Customer #401 and all subsequent accounts will onboard under our standard public platform pricing and annual subscription tiers.

What do I get for the $10,000 initial purchase?

Your $10,000 initial purchase secures Founder status, covers your first year of platform access, and unlocks the complete core Brilliance One managed application suite (including CRM, multi-channel messaging, portal framework, forms, reporting, and sequence automation). It excludes usage-based pass-through charges, third-party API fees, custom software development, and non-standard data migration services.

Is this a lifetime license or source code purchase?

No. The Founders 400 program provides managed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform access under preferential pricing terms. It is not an open-source license, on-premises download, or transfer of underlying software IP. Brilliance retains full ownership of all source code, architecture, trademarks, and intellectual property.

Can I host Brilliance One on my own servers?

No. Brilliance One is provided exclusively as a fully managed, hosted, and maintained cloud platform. We handle infrastructure security, server management, automated database backups, database isolation, and application updates so you can focus entirely on growing your business.

Are there per-user or seat fees?

No. Brilliance One does not charge traditional per-user seat fees for standard team access. You can onboard your internal staff without per-seat penalties, though external third-party tools or specialized integrations may impose their own user-based pricing.

Are current and future platform modules included?

Yes. Your Founder package includes the Brilliance One modules and platform capabilities designated as included in the Founder package at the time your Founder Agreement is executed, along with standard updates, maintenance fixes, and enhancements to those included capabilities.

Are specialty products or new add-on modules included automatically?

While core feature updates and enhancements are automatically rolled into your managed platform access, future standalone products, specialized industry-specific modules, third-party integrations, or premium add-ons outside the core platform scope may be offered under separate pricing.

Does Founder pricing cover custom development, setup, or data migration?

The initial purchase covers standard platform provisioning, workspace configuration, and core onboarding guidance. Custom engineering, bespoke API development, legacy database migrations, or specialized white-glove consulting are quoted separately based on project scope.

Are SMS, email, AI execution, or telecom costs included without limit?

No. High-volume communications (such as SMS/MMS segments, carrier fees, email broadcasts, and AI tokens/voice compute) are pass-through usage expenses billed directly based on consumption or integrated third-party provider rates.

What happens if regular Brilliance One prices increase in the future?

Your annual renewal will always remain calculated against your locked Founder Platform Base Rate ($10,000) and assigned tier percentage. Price increases applied to public retail customers will not impact your locked Founder renewal equation.

Can my Founder position be transferred or assigned if my company is sold?

Yes. Your Founder status is tied to your legal contracting entity and may be transferred to a corporate successor or acquiring entity as part of an approved business sale or merger, provided the account remains in continuous good standing.

Can I sell or trade my Founder slot independently?

Founder positions cannot be broken out and resold on a standalone basis or transferred to unverified third parties outside of an authorized corporate assignment or account transfer under the agreement terms.

What happens if I cancel my subscription and return later?

If an account is voluntarily canceled or terminated, your locked Founder position and assigned tier percentage are forfeited permanently. Returning customers will re-subscribe under the public commercial rates available at that time.

What happens if a Founder position opens up due to cancellation?

Founder sequence numbers are strictly historical and chronological. Once a position number is assigned, it will never be recycled or re-issued to a new buyer, preserving the exact numerical integrity of the original 400 positions.

Is Founder pricing available under monthly installment plans?

The $10,000 Founder purchase is due upfront upon execution of the Founder Agreement to lock in your official tier and sequence position.

Can I hold or reserve a Founder position without purchasing?

No. Founder sequence numbers are assigned strictly on a first-completed basis upon receipt of both the signed agreement and initial payment. Positions cannot be held via verbal reservations or non-binding inquiries.

How do I officially claim my Founder position?

To secure your slot, schedule a platform walkthrough with our team, review and execute the Founder 400 Agreement, and complete your initial platform purchase. Once processed, your official Founder position number (e.g., #48 of 400) and locked renewal tier will be confirmed in writing.

Is Brilliance One HIPAA-ready?

Yes. Every Brilliance One customer is provisioned with a dedicated database designed to support HIPAA-ready deployment. This provides customer-level data isolation and a stronger foundation for organizations that may handle protected health information.

HIPAA compliance still requires the appropriate contractual and operational safeguards, including a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where required, proper user access, policies, procedures, training, and compliant use of connected third-party services. Brilliance One provides the technical foundation, but compliance remains a shared responsibility between the platform and the organization using it.

Do I need a special Brilliance One database for HIPAA?

No. Every Brilliance One customer receives a dedicated database as part of the standard platform architecture. Organizations that need to operate under HIPAA requirements can use that same isolated database environment, provided the appropriate BAA, configuration, access controls, and organizational compliance requirements are in place.

Dedicated Customer Database

Every Brilliance One customer receives a dedicated database designed to support secure, isolated, HIPAA-ready deployments.
