For Founders
A Long-Term Pricing Advantage
The earlier your business joins, the lower your Founder renewal rate. Every group of 50 customers moves to the next pricing level.
Brilliance One Founders 400
The first 400 businesses to adopt the complete Brilliance One platform can secure special Founder renewal pricing that will not be offered to future customers.
Instead of relying entirely on outside investment to accelerate Brilliance One, we are giving the businesses that believe in the platform early an opportunity to help fund its growth through adoption. In return, Founders receive a long-term pricing advantage based on when they join.
Why We Are Doing This
Brilliance One is being built as a complete business operating system. Continued growth requires engineering, infrastructure, security, support, integrations, testing, and development. The Founders 400 program gives our earliest customers a meaningful financial advantage while helping Brilliance One continue building without depending entirely on outside investment.

The Founder Offer
Qualifying Founders purchase the complete Brilliance One Founder platform for $10,000 in Year 1. Beginning in Year 2, the Founder renewal is calculated using the $10,000 Founder Platform Base Rate and the Founder percentage associated with the customer's position in the first 400.
Join Brilliance One through the Founders 400 program and receive the qualifying complete-platform Founder package.
Your position among the first 400 customers determines the percentage used for future qualifying annual platform renewals.

Founder Pricing Ends at 400
Founder pricing is not an ongoing promotion. Only the first 400 qualifying Brilliance One customers can receive a Founder rate. Once those positions are filled, new customers purchase Brilliance One under the regular pricing structure available at that time.
At today's regular complete-platform pricing of approximately $18,703.80 per year, five years represents approximately $93,519.00 before applicable usage-based services, third-party services, implementation, or custom development.

What Founder Pricing Includes
Founder pricing applies to the qualifying Brilliance One full-platform offering and the connected foundation that allows customer, operational, financial, content, communication, and workflow data to work together.
Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activities, pipelines, customer history, tasks, and relationship management.
Campaigns, audiences, forms, lead nurturing, communications, reputation workflows, and customer engagement.
Connect communication and operational actions through workflows instead of manually repeating the same processes.
Quotes, invoices, payments, expenses, vendors, banking activity, financial workflows, and reporting.
Products, SKUs, locations, serialized assets, quantities, movement, pricing, and operational availability.
Projects, tasks, assignments, deadlines, customer work, related records, and internal operational activity.
Appointments, employees, resources, capacity, events, field service, customer scheduling, and calendar workflows.
Connect transactions with products, inventory, customers, payments, receipts, and operational history.
Website content, landing pages, forms, portals, knowledge resources, SEO foundations, and digital experiences.
Store and organize files, knowledge, metadata, history, access, and business relationships.
Bring customer, sales, marketing, financial, operational, and workflow information into a connected reporting environment.
Integrate external applications and services without treating Brilliance One as a closed software environment.
Founder Advantages
Your Founder group establishes the percentage of the Founder Platform Base Rate used for qualifying future annual platform renewals.
Add the people your organization needs without automatically turning every additional employee into another platform license.
Brilliance continues engineering, improving, securing, maintaining, and expanding the shared platform.
Brilliance maintains the underlying software platform rather than handing customers a codebase they must independently maintain.
Expand capability without repeatedly adding separate applications, logins, integrations, databases, and disconnected business records.
Early customers provide real-world feedback that can help shape workflows, integrations, usability, and future platform priorities.
Transparent Usage
Some services rely on external providers or consumption-based infrastructure. Those services remain separate from the Founder platform rate so unusually high consumption by one organization does not increase platform pricing for everyone.
Important Details
Founder renewal percentages shown on this page are calculated against the $10,000 Founder Platform Base Rate unless otherwise provided in the applicable customer agreement.
Usage-based communications, AI, storage, third-party services, payment services, external data, and similar consumption are not unlimited simply because an organization holds Founder pricing.
Custom implementation, organization-specific engineering, custom integrations, data conversion, or specialized development may be separately quoted.
Founder Questions
Founder pricing is intentionally limited. These are the important details businesses should understand before joining.
The Founders 400 is an exclusive early-adopter opportunity reserved for the first 400 qualifying organizations that join the Brilliance One ecosystem. Founders secure a locked renewal structure that remains available while the account stays active and in good standing under the Founder Agreement.
The Founder Platform Base Rate is fixed at $10,000. This benchmark figure serves as the baseline to calculate your exact annual renewal costs for the lifetime of your active subscription under your Founder Agreement.
Your annual renewal cost is determined strictly by your sequence number among the first 400 customers. Renewal percentages are structured in 50-customer tiers applied to the $10,000 Founder Platform Base Rate:
No. Your assigned Founder percentage and tier are permanently locked in for your account as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing pursuant to your Founder Agreement.
Once Founder Position #400 is claimed, the program closes permanently. Customer #401 and all subsequent accounts will onboard under our standard public platform pricing and annual subscription tiers.
Your $10,000 initial purchase secures Founder status, covers your first year of platform access, and unlocks the complete core Brilliance One managed application suite (including CRM, multi-channel messaging, portal framework, forms, reporting, and sequence automation). It excludes usage-based pass-through charges, third-party API fees, custom software development, and non-standard data migration services.
No. The Founders 400 program provides managed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform access under preferential pricing terms. It is not an open-source license, on-premises download, or transfer of underlying software IP. Brilliance retains full ownership of all source code, architecture, trademarks, and intellectual property.
No. Brilliance One is provided exclusively as a fully managed, hosted, and maintained cloud platform. We handle infrastructure security, server management, automated database backups, database isolation, and application updates so you can focus entirely on growing your business.
No. Brilliance One does not charge traditional per-user seat fees for standard team access. You can onboard your internal staff without per-seat penalties, though external third-party tools or specialized integrations may impose their own user-based pricing.
Yes. Your Founder package includes the Brilliance One modules and platform capabilities designated as included in the Founder package at the time your Founder Agreement is executed, along with standard updates, maintenance fixes, and enhancements to those included capabilities.
While core feature updates and enhancements are automatically rolled into your managed platform access, future standalone products, specialized industry-specific modules, third-party integrations, or premium add-ons outside the core platform scope may be offered under separate pricing.
The initial purchase covers standard platform provisioning, workspace configuration, and core onboarding guidance. Custom engineering, bespoke API development, legacy database migrations, or specialized white-glove consulting are quoted separately based on project scope.
No. High-volume communications (such as SMS/MMS segments, carrier fees, email broadcasts, and AI tokens/voice compute) are pass-through usage expenses billed directly based on consumption or integrated third-party provider rates.
Your annual renewal will always remain calculated against your locked Founder Platform Base Rate ($10,000) and assigned tier percentage. Price increases applied to public retail customers will not impact your locked Founder renewal equation.
Yes. Your Founder status is tied to your legal contracting entity and may be transferred to a corporate successor or acquiring entity as part of an approved business sale or merger, provided the account remains in continuous good standing.
Founder positions cannot be broken out and resold on a standalone basis or transferred to unverified third parties outside of an authorized corporate assignment or account transfer under the agreement terms.
If an account is voluntarily canceled or terminated, your locked Founder position and assigned tier percentage are forfeited permanently. Returning customers will re-subscribe under the public commercial rates available at that time.
Founder sequence numbers are strictly historical and chronological. Once a position number is assigned, it will never be recycled or re-issued to a new buyer, preserving the exact numerical integrity of the original 400 positions.
The $10,000 Founder purchase is due upfront upon execution of the Founder Agreement to lock in your official tier and sequence position.
No. Founder sequence numbers are assigned strictly on a first-completed basis upon receipt of both the signed agreement and initial payment. Positions cannot be held via verbal reservations or non-binding inquiries.
To secure your slot, schedule a platform walkthrough with our team, review and execute the Founder 400 Agreement, and complete your initial platform purchase. Once processed, your official Founder position number (e.g., #48 of 400) and locked renewal tier will be confirmed in writing.
Yes. Brilliance One can be configured for organizations that need to operate under HIPAA requirements, including appropriate access controls, audit logging, customer data isolation, authentication, and security-focused workflows. A Business Associate Agreement may be available for qualifying deployments where required.
HIPAA compliance remains a shared responsibility and also depends on the customer’s configuration, policies, workforce practices, connected services, and use of the platform.
